How It Works & What To Expect.
Simply Plug Into Any Mains Power Socket
- Voltage: 220-240 volts (10 or 15 amps). A 110-volt version is also available.
- Cable: A 2-meter cable with a country-specific standard power outlet plug is supplied. Alternative cable lengths are available on request.
- Power Connection: This is the only mains power connection required. Continuous power is essential to ensure chilled water is always available on demand.
- Energy Efficiency: Inbuilt smart electronics automatically manage and minimise electricity usage.
- Running Cost: Approximately $1 a day with average use.
Optional Connection to Your Existing Shower
It's also possible to connect to your existing shower however this will require the optional diverter kit. This will allow you to switch between icy water and your normal shower water.

Icy Water Needs the Best Possible Insulation
Connecting the Ice Shower 10 or 20 to where you choose to install the supplied shower head is straightforward. You can use either a flexible hose or copper tubing for the connection.
For Peak Performance: To ensure your Ice Shower delivers its full cooling power, the water pipe connecting it to the shower head must be thoroughly insulated from end to end. This vital step prevents thermal loss as the extremely cold-water travels through the hose/tube. Proper insulation guarantees maximum efficiency and the iciest, most effective recovery.
Shower Activation
Starting your Ice Shower 10 or 20 is simple, with two convenient options to choose from.
Option one is to use the illuminated press button provided. A single touch automatically starts an accurately timed flow of chilled water.
Option two is to order and install the capacitive proximity sensor. This hands-free option starts the session when you stand in the shower.
Communication Connection
A safe low voltage data cable is provided to connect the main unit to the operating button or proximity sensor in the shower.
This cable operates at a very safe low voltage (12V DC) and is fully isolated from the mains, providing complete peace of mind.
The cable can be supplied at any reasonable length, depending on your requirements.
Huge High-Def Touch Screen Controller Included
With the Ice Shower, it couldn't be easier to set up your preferred temperature on the touch screen. The touch screen can be locked with a pin code to prevent unauthorised operation.
Once programmed, users simply press the illuminated button inside the shower to receive a perfectly chilled, precisely timed recovery session – exactly as you intended, time after time.
